I like to engage customers using Cisco Webex App because it demonstrates that my brand is professional-grade and uses reputable platforms to conduct business. Cisco AnyConnect VPN service is [a] professional standard and is a must during this pandemic environment where reliable connectivity for workers is necessary for corporate agility in the pandemic era. Plus the support for Cisco products is excellent and the personnel speak clear English and are intelligent enough to quickly resolve technical issues.
Technical support speaks good English and it's easier to communicate with a native speaker during high-stress periods where outages mean loss of revenue. The North American approach is transparent and easy to understand where there is more open communication which facilitates faster resolution. The customer is also able to understand easier what [actually] caused the issue and learns from the interaction from Cisco support.

It is easy and quick to install and is compatible with different PC hardware and Operation Systems. It works reliably with minimum glitches with good volume levels. It facilitates interactive sessions. It is easy to learn for first-time users. Easy to set up on the fly on new devices. The support for it is widespread - you can google any issues and easily find a solution for any glitches. It handles drops well so it is not overly apparent to the end-user. Cisco Webex is also dynamic and is continually updated to keep pace with the latest changes in the market so your presentation does not look dated or cheugy.
Presentations. Webinars. Knowledge Transfers. Brainstorming sessions. Best suited to an enterprise /corporate environment. Also Technical/product evangelism sessions. These sessions must have some pre-planned structure so the sessions could be delivered in an impactful manner. Suitable also for Academic purposes for research collaborations between postgrad students in (post) pandemic situations where mobility is prohibited. Less suited to informal situations like social media live sessions were emojis, filters, Tiktok like engagement. Not really compatible with the teen market. Not suitable for holographic/VR environment requirements.
