Webex - A Real Time Saver.

We use Webex for individual and group chat, and audio and video conferencing. With the single application, it is simple to be chatting with someone and if the conversation requires more clarity or to bring more people in, it's a simple matter of engaging other users or starting the audio or video conference option with a simple click.

Although I have yet to use all these features, the features like noise suppression on meetings and calls is really excellent. The app seems to very efficiently recognize and eliminate background noises without affecting the conversation. The transcription feature is also remarkably accurate and typically needs very little editing. These features have saved our organization so much time, whether it is just by doing a quick chat with someone away from their desk and on a mobile device, or running virtual meetings with a dozen participants.
