Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Working with the team online has become the new normal, and Without Webex, I'm sure it's gonna be a lot more difficult. We conduct hiring-to-team standups to Board Meetings through Webex right now. Troubleshooting and presentations are also done through Webex. We also require recordings of the meeting, which is easy with the Application.
- The Apps Section is great.
- The Remote Control option helps in easy Troubleshooting.
- Annotation really helps during presentations.

- Remote Control has a Latency Issue, even when connected with Mega Speed Internet
- The File Size is Big for the first time.
- Need more UI options
- Productivity per employee Increased
- Availability increase due to mobile phone access
- Difficult to conduct Micro Management
- Zoom and Google Meet
Google Meet doesn't have much features, its a simple video conferencing web application. I don't think we can even annotate in it, let alone record sessions. Every Meeting invite I create is different, so there is no permanent address for the User. And there is no option for remote control.
