Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Webex App for meetings, phone, and messaging. It is our collaboration hub. We get notifications via bots in groups. We use it for teams that work on specific problems. It is a soft phone for on-site and remote users. Webex App is the hub for meeting with customers, and presentations, and is used for customer support.

Knowledge workers collaborating is a great use case. It is great for mobile and home users. Seeing the presence of any user in the organization and coordinating and sharing information. You can switch from chatting to meeting to phone calls seamlessly in one app. It isn’t appropriate for shared devices/phones.
