Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
As a bank and financial institution, we have incorporated Webex as our enterprise solution for collaborative engagement, both internally and externally, with our customers and constituents. The Webex App is part of our day-to-day operational tools for scheduling meetings and appointments, joining ad hoc meetings, messaging, and our softphone capabilities. The integration with Outlook makes the Webex App the "righthand" of tracking our day-to-day operations.

Webex App closed the gap between Cisco Jabber and the Webex Meeting Desktop App, unifying the capabilities and functionality of both in one platform, but added and optimized the collaborative pieces to make interaction and communications less rigid and more expressive...with emojis and the like.
