In truth, Webex is quite simple to use and is quite usable. The program is generally self-explanatory, so you won't need a ton of documentation to figure out how to use it. People have no trouble seeing the buttons because the user interface is simple on the eyes. Overall, I don't have many complaints about Webex's front-end design because it's excellent.

It is less appropriate if you wish to ask someone a straightforward question in order to deliver them a short message. Sometimes you want things done quickly and don't want to have to call people; Webex needs this.
