Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
We use Webex Calling for our daily inbound and outbound calling and also as an instant messaging service. Using Webex is fast and reliable and saves our employees time while also incraesing their effectivity rate. Also, the integration with our other platforms is seamless and we have not faced any system crashes so far. Overall, using Webex Calling has greatly helped our business in the terms of communication wether it is inside our company or with our customers.

We have been using Cisco Webex calling with Cisco AnyConnect for our VPN needs. Webex works very well on our network along with a VPN which provides us an extra level of security. Also our network is Cisco Meraki based so overall we are having a very good experience with Cisco Collaboration tools.
Cisco Webex does require some setup by the administrator. From a user's presepective, it is just logging in and using the service. All kind of settings are managed by the administrator. Administrators can run reports as well and can manage the level of access a user has. There are no additional steps for a user.
In terms of pricing the competition is better. But overall the ease of access and the return of investment we obtained from Webex Calling far outweighs the higher pricing. Also, the seamless integration is a big plus as well. Video calling and screen sharing capabilities are also better than the competition. Overall, considering all these benefits we opted for Webex Calling over the competition.

Webex Calling is well suited for doing a business call with your customers. Also, converting that call in to a conference meeting. Sharing Screens for presetations or doing a video call is also seamless on Webex. Another scenario is that of arranging or attending a webinar or training. Webex is well suited for that and can manage it with multiple options that you can customize.
