Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Webex Calling in our company allows us to move our employees, so we were able to adopt hybrid work. Our employees use their own extension and can be anywhere in the world, where they feel more comfortable working. We also use the part of meetings, and groups for projects that are dealt with within the company helps to solve small problems quickly keeping everyone involved up to date.

We use Cisco Webex licenses with record-licensed meeting rooms and up to 1000 attendees for internal outreach events and/or for other customers we sell Webex Calling. And we are starting work with the Webex contact center, but it is still in the approval phase
Our IT team approved the use of Webex calling because it is a Cisco platform with high availability and security, for the delivery of all services with quality Cisco has servers hosted in several regions of the world. The security part is very well done, with all communication encrypted.
