Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

You can program a group of phone numbers to ring in a predetermined order. You can receive call updates in your own mailbox or even via email if you have voicemail. With the Webex Teams app, you can accept and make calls from anywhere.
  • You can use the Cisco Webex Teams app or IP phones to make and receive HD audio and video calls with Webex Calling.
  • Webex Calling allows up to ten devices per user and up to eight simultaneous calls per line.
  • The cost of dialing normal numbers using VoIP is higher than the base rate.
  • Webex Calling is expensive compared to its competitors.
  • There are only a few connectors with other platforms.
  • To receive the best audio quality, the software requires a decent internet connection and a lot of bandwidth.
  • I would like to see Webex Calling offer a free trial edition with many features and capabilities.
