Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling has shined in our company not only through the pandemic but well before. Integration is fantastic, with new features being added with every revision. I look forward to each and every update. Management is a breeze; if a rare problem pops up, it's very easy to create a ticket and work with support. Video calling is beautiful and works with ease even on our thin clients with VDI. Employees love the customization of backgrounds and the ease of sending GIF replies (my favorite feature). I've managed Teams, Zoom, and RingCentral. All pale in comparison to Webex Calling. Cisco - doing things right.

We use an almost complete scope of Cisco Collab products. From Meraki MDM, Cameras, network devices, teams, meetings, call managers, and beyond. Most are seamlessly integrated with one another and are constantly being updated with new features and fixes. We use a combo of softphones with Cisco headsets and physical desk phones.
Encryption ensures data is safe with no interaction. I know out of the box there's a good amount of baked-in security.
Webex Calling provides features and ease of use that no other application can compete with. Integration is what Cisco does best, and it shines here.

Having the ability to telecommute with our clients during the pandemic gave us a unique advantage. While others were scrambling to create new SOPs to work remote and to provide treatment remote, our company was used to this and we didn't skip a beat. We were able to continue treatment without a hiccup.
