Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events
As a Technology Distributor, we organize large webinars, conferences, and events for our partners. Before the pandemic, we used to do in-person events in our office's auditorium or hotel venues. However, everything changed with Covid, we urged to migrate to online events. We find Webex Events an excellent tool to continue executing these events.
- Hosting for large number of participants.
- Polls and Q&A.
- Easy to mute / unmute audience.
- Every attendee receives the recording via email, easy to watch.
- The set up page is not user-friendly.
- A waiting room would be nice.
- It's not possible to brand the event.
- Too many options in the settings.
- Improve relationship with our partners and clients.
- Reduce investment in large events (venue, food, equipment, etc.).
- Increase number of events per month.
