Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Our food service department uses it on a weekly basis to disseminate information to the food service managers at each building.
  • Ease of use for non-technical users
  • Can record meetings for later user
  • Very little to maintain from an IT perspective
  • None that i can think of
  • Positive impact.... reduces the need for travel
  • Helps keep the managers informed

Cisco Webex Experience

Since getting Webex, we have been able to easily setup video meetings on the fly and scheduled. We also have a couple of Video Room Kits which allow us to setup a room with a large screen and building in speaker/microphone access. It all works integrated with our Microsoft Outlook for scheduling
We also utilize Cisco Webex Teams for collaboration information. It allows for documents, info to be shared by groups of people in a team setting. You can create teams in small or large numbers depending on the audience.
It works great. It is integrated with our Microsoft Outlook for ease of setting up meetings. The platform allows for sharing of information on computer screens so all participates can be engaged. The platform is secure in that only those that are invited have access to the call/info involved.
