Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use WebEx constantly. We host meetings, both internally and externally to connect across timezones, across teams, across the country and across the globe. Our client facing departments use WebEx - specifically Client Care and Sales. Love the ability to receive a phone call from the system. Love the app as it will dial all the numbers for you.

- Licenses are a bit expensive. We have decided to not use WebEx for non-client facing departments as the licenses are a bit expensive to justify their use.
- Ability to replace travel costs with WebEx meetings.
- Reduce time required to prepare for meetings
We used GoToMeeting in the past. What we love about WebEx is the ability to have the call to you and not to dial in.

We've completed our implementation. We planned for a small % of employees to return to office, majority from their homes and a small percentage from work anywhere. Employees have valued our approach as they are in an everchanging world and need to flex their workstyles to adapt day-to-day. Cisco was excellent in providing resources to help us achieve goal.

Cisco's Hybrid Work solutions have met and exceeded our expectations for overcoming our organizational challenges. Future of working is being able to bring together employees working in various environments and ensure they all have optimal experiences.
Greater connection, higher communication levels, less silos, ease of work, efficiency and effectiveness of work, less redundant meetings/emails.
Cisco Collab products are the gold standard in the market. Others may try to compare but never come close. We are able to manage everything from one place, from one vendor and meet all of our needs.
Cisco Webex Experience
Webex's user friendliness has improved immensely over past year. With addition of noise suppression, especially during COVID times when we are all working from home, has become a key asset to a webex meeting. Notetaking makes it easy for us to be engaged in the moment, as opposed to distracted taking notes. Personalization is great, in regards to use of virtual backgrounds if users prefer.
Calling, messaging via Teams, and meetings are the only way to go. All of your work can be done in one app, one place, making it so easy to get work done quickly and efficiently. With everything in one place, users dont have to fumble around from app to app, and can all be done in one place.
Would not consider another SaaS provider. Cisco Webex has the entire package: secure collaboration. We can share files, meet securely, and the performance never suffers. The only way to do business is with Cisco Webex. No additional steps, has made our lives easy. Control HUb management of all of the settings is a one stop shop.
