Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

WebEx is used primarily in our marketing department when fielding creative development that requires more than just a "voice over the phone" correspondence.
  • Ease of use
  • Accessibility
  • Seamless change between presenters
  • Default browser is IE
  • More mobile options
  • Integration for varied setups with different users for a meeting
  • Face to face interaction means faster decision making
  • Collaboration is a breeze whether near or far
  • Visuals help get your point across much more efficiently leading to shorter meetings
WebEx has a fair pricing model, ease of use, low learning curve and aside from a few bumps on cross platforms, connectivity works well.
Easy to use customer service when you need it.

Cisco Webex Experience

Transcription is a real time saver as it's makes it easier to recap the meeting minutes for those who missed the meeting.
None at this time.
Webex is fully functional and integrated for both desktop and mobile use. Whether you're using a browser based version of app installation it's pretty seemless for all users.

Using Cisco Webex Meetings

We use zoom for our embedded meetings currently but our meetings with our creative team are run via webex.
Most meetings need nothing more than a webcam and desktop to really get the most out of the experience such as showing powerpoint slides or project concepts.
  • Creative overview
  • New initiative
  • Vendor relations
  • Bring everyone on the same page with visuals
  • Brainstorm ideas
  • Review project timeline
  • Town Halls
  • Client facing meetings
  • Annual reviews
We're currently locked into a corporate contract with Zoom. Webex is a solid product we do use o the receiving end with our creative, design and event agencies from their end.
