Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is used to have team meetings, customer meetings and digital events like all hands and announcements that are not possible for now.

  • Connect anywhere anytime.
  • Compatible with any type of device.
  • Feature request that are made by customers.
  • Ability to give visibility on announcements about new features.
  • Ability to explain new products.
  • Ability to conduct meetings with people around the world in a few clicks without having to meet face to face.
  • Be able to propose an easy and rapid solution to customers during pandemic situations.
  • Continue to collaborate on any kind of device.
I believe Webex is more intuitive and more interesting in terms of features in comparison to teams. It is compatible with the on-prem and cloud endpoints that we have in our organization and those of our customers.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Zoom, Polycom Trio
The admin console (control hub) is quite slow when it comes to the login page and also other pages like the analytics pages.
Webex Meetings is very nice to be used when you have team meetings; I also use it to meet with my customer as it is a very good way to show them the possibilities that exist with that solution. I also use the Training Center for training purposes, which require pre-tests and breakouts.
