Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Meetings has been an amazing meeting tool for our organization for the past 1 year. Referring to my use case due to lockdown we had to implement our project and the project was ongoing so we had to shift online. This tool helped us a lot for the smooth functioning of our project meetings. I also recommend my colleagues use this tool for their meetings.

Google Hangouts Meet

Comparing to them, WebEx seems more professional and formal. It has all the professional tools required for the meetings. I prefer this over others as it has good audio and video quality and it can run over low bandwidth that leads to professionalism. Overall the performance can be improved and can be more efficient.

Reliability and Availability

I haven’t seen any errors during meetings or before meetings. It has good performance fixes and it goes smoothly throughout the meeting. Overall not such issues to be faced in the meeting.

Scalability

Talking about scalability it's good in terms of scaling with additional people in meetings. The performance is not affected as much. Meetings can be scheduled with a good number of participants and there will be no such issue. As it's a professional tool so it's good in scalability. Just keep in mind the audio in large meetings. Mute others if required.

Performance

It's good in terms of performance no glitches found till now pages load fast and meetings are coordinated easily. Even in larger meetings, it works well enough to meet the professional meeting requirements. There is no such major issue in integration and the meetings go well in that area also.

Likelihood to Recommend

It helped me a lot in my fast team meetings. It helped us with our project coordination and the easy flow of project calls. We also use this as our daily SCRUM calls.

For less appropriate situations, I don’t consider it for casual calls and nonprofessional calls. It is more for formal meetings.
