Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is one of the corporate solutions that we use to conduct internal and external meetings. It allows us to join a meeting using several media connection methods.
  • Video integration with standard based video equipment.
  • Voice connection to PSTN.
  • Desktop, mobile and web clients.
  • Menus are changing, so new features are not always intuitive.
  • There are no incoherent features between different clients.
  • Thanks to Webex Meetings, we can conduct remote meetings, which allows us to reduce travel dispenses.
  • Webex Meetings has helped to continue doing business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

We are currently using both solutions. In our company, we are vendor agnostic, so we choose the most suited solution depending on the characteristics of each meeting.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Webex Meetings is based on the number of users, which allows it to adapt to the usage with no problems of scalability.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a peak in the use of meeting solutions, but Cisco has adapted, and there have only been small points of unavailability.
The only problem that I see is virtual backgrounds that can be resource-consuming on PCs.
