Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is being used by the whole organization. We are using it for virtual meetings.

Pros

  • Clear audio quality.
  • Sharing each other's screen.
  • Multiple people participation.

Cons

  • After sharing the screen, it is hard to see the control panel. It is better to leave a separate control panel for the person who is sharing their screen so that the user can move this control panel to a different monitor to see chat messages.
  • I believe it would be better to remove the 60-minute limitation.
  • It would be better if it didn't require a sign in every time when using Webex Meetings. It requires too much time and runs very slow signing in every time.
  • It improves our virtual work efficiency, especially during this pandemic.
  • It is a must-have for work-from-home employees.

Webex Meetings Reliability

It is a good product and hasn't failed on me yet.
It is always available, but the sign-ins cost too much time.
As a host, Webex Meetings' loading time is too long. However, as a participant, the loading time is reasonable.
