Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use both Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams, but I prefer Webex as it is easier to use and runs faster on my old-ish laptop.

Pros and Cons

Background noise removal.
Screen/app sharing.
Easy to join.

I would like the ability to adjust the bandwidth and CPU usage when in a meeting.

Webex enables us to communicate faster and more efficiently.

Webex Meetings is just so much easier to use - easier to join meetings and easier to host meetings.

Reliability and Availability

I can't remember a time when I needed to use Webex Meetings and it was not available.

Scalability

Every Webex Meetings license includes the ability to host up to 1000 participants.

Performance

My laptop can't actually keep up with how fast Webex Meetings is.

Webex Meetings is perfect when needing to meet on-the-fly. It's so easy to send out my personal meeting room info!
