Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Yes used for some of the meetings. We prefer to use Webex Meetings and also using this app, we see a continuous flow of communication ensured from both receiving and the transmitting end. It proved to be a worthful application in communicating things around.
  • Seamless connection.
  • Echoless communication.
  • Reduced levels of noise distortion.
  • Dynamic noise reduction in meetings.
  • Multiple meetings switch over simultaneously at the same time, if two meetings happening at the same time, some crossover functionality need to be introduced to attend meetings parallelly at the same time, instead of signing out from one meeting.
  • Adding functionality with Weblink connect to the meeting, additionally, passcode should be introduced, as it makes meeting organizer ensure that only the required attendees are attending the meeting as per the code.
  • With the way of improving the business, Webex Meetings app is considered one of the important tools, so it is used to communicate with the clients to improve the business.
  • On the industry side, Webex has some poll features and participant restrictions, so which has enhanced the ITES industry to showcase discussions largely forgetting the needs of the clients and addressing them accordingly.
  • Webex Meetings tool has generated a positive impact on the IT business.

It has been used daily to mobilise our thoughts and transform new ideas daily within the team meetings happening on a day-to-day basis. Also adding to the fact, it reaches the wider audience if more participants are joining the meeting, as it helps in sharing the presentations.
We have discussions through this platform to share new ideas daily and keep up with the latest trends in the industry.
The page loads up quickly while sharing the presentations and also in a particular meeting, in order to provide the attendance for the participants present in the meeting, the reports can be generated hassle-free and also we haven't observed any slowness in integrating Webex with other software.
