Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use different platforms for having meetings with other project partners in our organization. Webex Meetings is probably the most stable and reliable platform we use because both the desktop and smartphone applications work perfectly with practically no bugs, allowing us to join meetings basically from anywhere, either in the office, at home, while traveling, etc.
  • Setting up meetings is super easy.
  • Very sophisticated app with most of the available desktop features.
  • Very good video and audio quality.
  • Recording option is easily available with just one click.
  • Integration with other platforms, such as Teams, Slack and Taiga.
  • Guest users could have more available functionalities, such as previous meetings' history and information, external calendars integration, etc.
  • Multiple screen sharing from different participants.
  • It facilitates a lot organizing meetings, reducing time and other burdens.
  • Reduces the need for travel, saving costs to the organization.
  • Enhances meetings experience, making it close to face-to-face sessions.
Webex Meetings is the most reliable solution in my opinion and the one with higher quality. Nevertheless, Microsoft Teams for instance has a lot more features that are useful for the workplace environment, such as chat channels and [other types] of functionalities. Jitsi for instance allows [the quick] setup of informal and ad-hoc sessions that sometimes is very handy.

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

Yes

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

As described before, probably it is the most reliable platform among the ones we use in our organization, so usually, there is no problem at all using it. Availability problems only happen when the organization exceeds the session slots that are established at the platform acquisition moment. A possible improvement would be the possibility to reuse the slot of a canceled meeting.
It is indeed scalable and flexible to be used inside an organization with several departments, but it could be improved in that small detail mentioned in the answer to the previous question, which is the possibility to reuse a session lot that was canceled by the same meeting host or by a member of another department.
Yes, the performance is good when compared against the high quality audio and video provided. Maybe, a possible improvement would be to allow the selection of some quality degradation feature based on current machine's capabilities or available internet connectivity characteristics. In the future more integration with other systems should be made available without compromising speed and performance.
Cisco Webex Meetings are perfect for holding online meeting sessions with a well-known list of participants, either within an organization or among different project partners from distinct entities. The platform is very reliable and robust, providing high-quality audio and video connectivity. However, it is not the most appropriate platform for informal meetings, that are scheduled very spontaneously in an ad-hoc mode.
