Webex meetings are used in our organization in holding online meetings either staff to staff or departmental. It is also used to connect with our customers online where meetings with customers are held through the cloud.

Webex has a very unique feature that I should note out and that is the fact that it has the best video output engines which enables it to deliver high definition videos, it also has very clear audio output engines therefore you hear the other user very clearly.

Reliability and Availability

Webex has never been unavailable unless the organization has an internal network error making using the software difficult hence for the rest of the time, I can testify that it is always available.

Scalability

The software is very much [utilized] across the organization departments such that every department can use it either to fellow staff or by either holding an online meeting with a customer.

Performance

Webex pages load quickly almost all the [time] but this is depending on the internet speed that our organization is using which implies that faster internet speed implies that pages load faster but low internet speeds imply that pages load slow.

Likelihood to Recommend

When our organization wants to hold online meetings, it notifies everyone who should be involved, and sometimes some of the staff are always away from the office and the only way they [can] attend is through the cloud with the help of Webex meetings.

Holding departmental meetings with Webex has always been a satisfying and unique experience.
