Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Ever since the pandemic started and we transitioned to remote work life, WebEx has made it so you can stay in contact with partners, teammates, and leaders effortlessly. The video call capability also makes meetings feel more in person while we live in a virtual world. It has been the best update you could ask for in terms of chats, video calls, and demos!
- Run demos and share screen for clients
- Chat feature for staying in constant contact with partners
- Video calls for meetings work seamlessly and are easy to set up on any level
- Wish it was more customizable in terms of group chats and emoji responses
- Able to stay on top of business with partners that refer accounts
- Able to meet with managers in timely fashion to get support
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and now part of Microsoft Teams
Webex blows them out of the water, it's almost disrespectful to compare the two.
