Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

WebEx is one of the most friendly tools/applications which are mostly used for official meetings and personal meetings as well. And quality adheres from WebEx is outstanding. Also, the number of connections/users allowed in WebEx is must more than any other application. Setting and configuration of WebEx application is much easier and a lot of options we get to customize our view.
  • Quality of video and audio is much better than other application.
  • Number of users connected is more than other application.
  • Customization is very and configuration of user account is much easier.
  • User friendly options and menu, configuring the setting is really easy
  • Web based WebEx app is light weighted and not using much resources
  • Quality can be bit addressed for user sitting far from laptop.
  • A lot of customization will improve user activity.
  • Large file sharing is one area to improve.
  • Browser based login need some improvement,because most of times login via browser than application is really difficult
  • Need attention on data usage on mobile access
  • Quality is audio and video next improvement to next level.
  • Online integration with mail and calendar need more improvement.

WebEx is best application for mac device for meeting and appointments.quality of WebEx is mac device. Latency is very low and WebEx is really faster than other meeting application

WebEx application is really faster and light weighted so accessing the application is really faster with minimum configured laptops.
WebEx application is user friendly to access and for customisation. Also it has varity of in-built features which helps user to go with single application for multiple things
WebEx is light weighted application and it can be installed easily in any operation system whether it is mac/Linux/windows/mobile platform

Need improvement in web based access
Cisco WebEx is the best application for video and audio meetings for corporate and personal use. I recommend WebEx application is the best application around the world for officials meetings. It is less appropriate for larger file sharing. Improvement in the setting and more customization help users to do more agile meeting conversations.

Worked in Cisco any connect product which else any user to connect from home and any where out side of office. Tested testing the any connect product
Challenge is managing the load data or QoS of traffic when mass amount of data coming from anyconnect application and WebEx application while doing hybrid way of working
Employee's prefers to work from home than coming to office which impact the hybrid work model
I thinks productivity is increased in working hybrid work model because it helps employee to work more than working in office

I think Microsoft teams works really well in Cisco hybrid model and some times Google meet are also used for same purpose

It is the best application for file sharing/screen sharing. Audio and video meeting application. Also, it has the best integration with outlook calendar and other meeting and 3 party applications. File sharing is much easier in WebEx. Also, a number of users/connections are more in WebEx compared to other application.
