Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The Webex Meetings is used to connect with our team members virtually. The best thing about Webex Meetings is the user interface. The UI will be eye-catching when compared to others. It has also many additional features to record the meeting. When compared to other meeting apps it's way far better in UI. We are able to conduct meetings and discuss the important topics. Since work from home due to the pandemic, we are not able to meet the team members in person, but at least using this Webex Meetings we can connect virtually and clarify our doubts and work efficiently. This increases the productivity of the team in a short time.

When we connect the audio to phone, a call needs to be connected but only the user has to call a particular number and connect. It needs to be improved by getting a incoming call to the user from webex
When there are many people in the meeting and all the people's camera is on then it automatically starts getting lag
Everytime when we scroll through the people in the room, the camera screens gets reloaded which is disturbing.

The rating is mainly for their UI which is great and also it gives many features additionally like recording the meeting which is used to view the meeting in the future for references. It also gives proper authentication and only the person who scheduled the meeting will allow the person to join, this increases the security.
