Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Meetings helps in creating online meetings, camera, mic and screen sharing. It works great for e-learning too, and that is the best use for Webex Meetings in my opinion. It is easy to access, there is no struggle to keep the connection, and it is reliable. Also, a very important and useful tool is that the mute button is clearly visible. You always know if you are muted or not.

I have to guess here. I give 10 points because the best support is the one you don't need in the first place. I never had issues and that is a good thing. I have no doubt that support and the community will be there if any help is needed.

Usability

The ease of use through a web browser without having to install an app is a good thing, but I think other communication software also provides this. It is easy to use and works fine. It is fast and reliable. I give 8 points for usability. It would be better if it had contacts sync.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webex Meetings is well suited for meetings all around. It is useful but it depends on the software suite you use. For example, if you work with Slack or Microsoft Teams, they may help more to find your contacts and to have a complete suite that integrates many useful tools.
