Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webex Meetings daily to connect virtual & in-person people, as well as share content. Problems we address can range from disappearing video controls to resetting the panel. We also work with cisco to add features that helps our company work better together. The scope is typically one on one to group meetings.

I gave this rating for overall support on Webex meetings because if something goes wrong we have the best support here and rarely need to go to help.webex.com. Multiple people have been appropriately trained so finding the answers to any issues we occur is very simple here at work.

Usability

I rated Webex Meetings' overall usability as a 10 because it is a very simple and easy working system with the proper training/overview. It is very easy to hit the one-touch join button or even manually type in the numbers. Anyone from an admin to an executive can easily access their meetings.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webex Meetings is best suited for connecting virtual and in-person people or virtually solely. Also holding training classes and recording for future purposes. It is less appropriate when people are looking for a dial-in-only call as Webex Meetings needs the host to open the Webex call via the app or on a laptop.
