Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings for many partner and vendor meetings and very occasionally, some clinical appointments. Due to time constraints and the recent COVID19/SARS2 pandemic, we no longer take vendor meetings on-premise. We have used Webex Meetings as one way to fill the void left by the lack of in-person meetings. We generally use Webex Meetings when a partner or vendor sends an invite for Webex due to their own preference.
- Webex Meetings generally has good video quality
- Webex Meetings generally has good audio quality
- Webex Meetings has a quality interface
- We often experience issues connecting computer audio
- Webex Meetings sometimes "hangs on" to computer audio after meeting
- Joining meetings is sometimes confusing
- Webex Meetings allows us to attend meetings with partners that use different infrastructure than we use.
- Webex Meetings sometimes hangs on to the audio and video after the meeting making it slow for us to recover to the next meeting if it is with a different product
