Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I regularly use Webex Meetings for scheduled sessions with my clients to hold migration workshops or troubleshoot ticket problems from them. The main use case in my example is troubleshooting problems via shared desktop screen from my clients.

  • Schedule a meeting via outlook
  • Group meetings
  • Background overlay
  • Join in from different devices
  • Asking for polls
  • Recording sessions
  • Speed and reaction time (performance)
  • Decrease CPU usage from PC
  • Easier access to chat window
  • Left menu bar for zoom in and out disturbs when troubleshooting via shared screen
  • Double click to enter the meeting seems to be new but if you don't know from the past, you need to create a new habit
  • Solving customer problems
  • Collaborate in a team
  • Remote workshop with clients
I never used Webex support, but I guess it's the same support like with Cisco TAC

There are some usability points which could be improved but overall it's a nice user experience
For group meetings I like Webex Meetings very much; for troubleshooting I know faster products from competitors
