Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My team and I use Webex meetings to stay in communication with one another when working on big projects. We also use it on a regular basis for team meetings, which has helped us save time by being able to share files and information in real-time.

Great user interface
Never breaks down or has connection issues
It's epically user friendly

Incorporating other applications from other software
Giving more font options on the chats
Offering theme options for users to choose from for the layout of the application

Alternatives Considered

Zoom, GoTo Meeting and Cisco Jabber

Webex Meetings are way ahead of the other software I've used when it comes to being user-friendly and convenient. Other software applications I have used often break down, don't offer as many useful features or lack a proper network structure to support widespread use on a globally-accessed platform. Webex Meetings do all of these and more.

Reliability and Availability

I gave this rating because the software is never down or experiencing any issues when I need it. Even with scheduled outages for maintenance, they are always well-timed to ensure it does not negatively impact the user experience.

Scalability

I gave it this rating because the software offers a lot of user-friendly features and still has a lot of potential to grow to offer even more, including allowing third-party applications to be further integrated into the software or to work in conjunction with the software.

Performance

I gave it this rating because I cannot think of a Time when the software has been in use and not been able to get everything I needed done in a timely manner, especially during team meetings when multiple servers are being used to demonstrate multiple applications and or presentations.

Likelihood to Recommend

The software has proven useful to my team when it comes to team meetings and working on big projects across multiple departments. My personal favorite feature is the ability to share files and review files within the application, allowing for easier editing and real-time improvements. It is by far one of the best products in its field.
