Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings is used in my organization to collaborate with peers, vendors, and even patients. During the pandemic, many of our staff were moved from working on-site to working from home and we also had to move a lot of our health services to telehealth. Webex helped with these issues.
- Co-host functionality is great in case you need others to start meetings that you've scheduled
- Ease of use in polling, Q&A, and reactions to engage audience
- Multiple options for functionality (for example, icons on the bottom of the screen but the same options also on the menu bar)
- It would be nice if the host could control the view/layout for all attendees
- Allowed us to expand our telehealth quickly during the pandemic
Webex Meetings has a bit more security for what we need. The fact that the chat is NOT persistent is beneficial in the healthcare industry and the attendee list can be confidential is an important feature.
