Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I manage Webex Control Hub with a team of people. Every day there are thousands of users in our organization. This product is a very robust and reliable solution for Business, providing excellent meeting options. The typical use case would be the daily backend insights into the live events - meetings. The Control Hub enables me to look into individual devices that are in the Webex call and pre-emptively notice and alert the on-site teams if there are any hardware issues with the devices being used (CPU LOAD spiking, Latency, or Audio problems). Typically these are laptops, desktops, iPads, or TP devices.

Actually, we have integrated Teams with Webex Meetings with hybrid outlook calendars, and that proved to be an excellent working solution.

I manage the Webex Control Hub and know for a fact that the availability and quality are very high daily.
It is very flexible and scalable - in our corporation, there are more than 80 thousand employees and most of them are using it across departments in all corners of the globe.
Analytics is very good, pages load quickly, great integration with other software and devices.
Webex Meetings is a perfect solution for multinational, multi-device meetings that require a high level of security and effective support. Most of the meetings in the corporation are nowadays virtual, but also there are hybrid types of meetings with some presenters and hosts being in the physical office location. Judging from my own professional experience, Webex Meetings is very well suited to handle that job daily.

Webex Meetings is exceptionally user-friendly. Stable performance and operation, fast analytics, noise suppression, note taking, and realtime transcription are all adding tremendous value to the organization by saving time and providing an excellent user experience.
Cisco Jabber - better calls
Hybrid scheduler - integration with Outlook and MS Teams - better user experience and easier scheduling
Allowing clients to join from anywhere, simpler administration tasks, easy to schedule, interoperability, and integrated audio recording.
