Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Over the past few years, this has been implemented across the whole of the company and now all expense claims go through Webexpenses. It's made life a lot easier as everything is in one place and easy to locate during an audit.
- Keeps receipts in one place.
- Easy to approve via management then accounts.
- Makes audit simpler.
- Would be good if it could link directly into Sage.
Very easy to use. A lot of staff download it and can use it instantly without any training
Someone is always available to help on the live chat which is extremely convenient and saves time waiting on the phone.
Being able to store all receipts in one place and not have a risk of losing them. Audit being simpler is the priority.
If you're a reasonably large company and all expense claims need pre-approval before reaching accounts, it's very simple and convenient and also lets employees upload their receipts directly from their phones whilst on the go (which is great as most of ours are through overseas traveling).
