Webexpenses is used across our company for tracking of any payment of expenses.
It makes it simple and intuitive for users to submit their expenses, process approvals and get paid on time. From a manager point of view the quick overview of submitted expenses and ability to question/amend has been invaluable.

- Submitting mileage is simple with auto-generated mileage based on addresses of locations.
- Approving expenses is quick and easy with email notifications when expenses have been submitted.
- Sometimes the autogenerated route is incorrect so the ability to set custom waypoints could be useful.
- Not sure exact ROI but the time it saves us and tracking is invaluable.
I don't have anything to do with the invoice processing side but as mentioned the automated route generation for mileage and email notifications when expenses have been submitted make it easy to manage submissions.
