Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The entire business uses the product for its expenses services.

It allows our service engineers to keep their expenses up to date on the move, and also allows for simplicity and consistency throughout the business.

  • Speedy approval process.
  • The UI is a little difficult to get used to.
  • Too many graphics.
  • Mileage claims maps crash the app occasionally.
  • All claims are laid out simply for finance to process much faster.
  • Mileage claims still have to be done by hand for some users, so less value found there.
  • All users on one system so less paperwork.
The UI is a little overwhelming to start with, and can be made simpler.
I cannot fault the support system so far.
The claims system is easy enough to use, creating a monthly claim then attaching items and receipts on the go is a breeze on the app. As I said, the UI on the desktop is a little overwhelming. The approval process has been smooth and straightforward since we started using it.
Standardisation, usability for all age groups and technical abilities, ability to manage all kinds of expenses claims in one place.
Very good for a diverse workforce with users on the move.
