Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used by our whole company. It allows individuals to upload our expenses and submit them for approval. We have many work from home team members, so this is a great way for us to upload our receipts and keep track of expenses. Webexpenses keeps us organized and consistent.

The system is user friendly, and the app is also helpful and easy to use. There is also adequate training available and online resources for those who want or need additional support.
The trainings and videos are easy to use and understand. Support is always available and easily found on the website.
It saves time because I can take a photo of a receipt with my phone in the app and directly add it that way. I am able to upload a receipt and submit a claim in minutes. The system saves me time by recognizing when a receipt matches a claim.
For our company, we wanted a system that was user friendly for the employee and also intuitive and user friendly for the Accounting department. We wanted a great workflow and ease of use since we have employees all over the country working from home. From my perspective, it does exactly what is needed for our company.
We used Expensify in the past. Expensify wasn't intuitive enough for our Accounting department. Webexpenses was the perfect fit for our Accounting department and is also very user friendly for our employees- win, win!

It is well suited for remote teams who need to report expenses. It is also well suited for teams both large and small because it is so user-friendly. It is a great system for teams on the go because with the app, you can easily upload a receipt or take a photo straight from the app and complete a claim from there.
