Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across the whole organization, we are about 2000 people and divided [into] smaller teams. Each team has its own budget and event/travels.
We use Webexpenses to help with expensing team event-related gifts, travel etc...Helps managers keep an eye on what expenses/when and how much.

  • keeps our web expensing finances clean and streamlined, I really like the history menu where you can check your expenses
As explained before, some steps are very confusing for me
Haven't needed support
I would overall give a 15/20 in scoring for the tool, even though it seems easy to use. Sometimes it can get very non-user-friendly as some steps become confusing.
For example, after creating a claim, I usually need to add a receipt. Now up to that step, it's extremely easy, then adding the receipt gives you two squares "my receipts" and "claim receipts". I think this step is useless and confusing as you don't really know which side it has to be in order to be passed. On that same screen there is no, "save" or "next" so you just need to go back to your claims...Where there it is not well explained that you need to chose "actions" in order to finalize and submit...
