Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used by the whole organization to process expenses and invoice payments. It addresses the business problem of employees across an entire company submitting claims for business expenses in a uniform way. The mobile app also lets an individual track the status of their expenses claim, meaning fewer correspondences are required of payroll or HR.
  • Easy to use functionality.
  • Real time status updates.
  • Push notifications.
  • Scan functionality.
  • It has been positive for effectively processing payments.
Webexpenses has been consistently easy to use, the software has a very easy-to-grasp interface meaning it's very simple to submit and monitor your expenses. The combination of push notifications and projected dates of funds clear makes it easy to monitor the status of your expenses and stay on top of what you are owed.
I have never had to engage in any troubleshooting so cannot comment on the back-end support in the event that the software crashes, however, the mobile app receives regular updates that improve performance which is a benefit.
I have used Webexpenses to skip out administrative steps in the claims submission process, saving me time and streamlining the process. Prior to using Webexpenses, there were several additional steps one would need to take in order to initiate a claim submission, now that we have the mobile app that process is very easy.
I was not involved in the purchasing decision for Webexpenses.
Webexpenses is very useful to processing claims for items that fall into the predefined categories, however, in some situations, there can be some trouble when the layout of the app clashes with internal company systems. Fuel can be an example of this, our company pays fuel expenses at various levels based on multiple factors, it has been tricky to generate the correct figure using Webexpenses.
