Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is being used across our whole organization for logging the reimbursement of expenses. It addresses the business problems of having individuals across the country incurring expenses using their personal accounts and needing a timely way to request reimbursement as well as the issue of categorizing the expenses for our financial department.
- It's easy to send the expense report to my manager.
- It's easy to complete each of the different fields.
- It prompts me to attach receipts where applicable.
- Adding receipts was a bit confusing as, if the receipt is not added in the right box, it won't add to the specific expense.
- I don't have any of the data to provide for this one —sorry!
Webexpenses had its own UX issues. It was hard to find already submitted reports and felt more complicated to use. I feel like Webexpenses does a nice job keeping it an easy/smooth process.
