Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It's used for recording all travel expenses, fuel, hotels etc. It's easy to attach receipts and automatically gets sent to the right person to authorise. My car details etc are already stored so it calculates my fuel payments easily.
  • Adding receipts.
  • Calculate distance for mileage.
  • Return journey doesn't always work, I sometimes have to put in my finish point to allow the box to be ticked.
Some parts can be hard to get started. Sometimes I can't add a receipt to a specific claim and it goes onto a separate one.
The tutorial videos are good.
It's really good as you don't have to seek out approval from your manager, it's done by the system. My bank details are stored so payment can go straight through to me.
