It is used across the whole organisation. It is used for mileage.
  • Calculating route.
  • Submitting the claim to relevant department.
  • Mobile app.
  • Change location on the road, as it can be different without affecting the claim.
  • Easier upload for the receipt, rather than having to take the picture each time.
  • Time saving.
  • Quick and easy to use.
  • Simplicity.
It's a really good system that is quick and easy to use. Simplicity is the key and it saves a lot of time with staff being able to complete their claims quickly and easily. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Simple to use, quick and easy for staff. A much better system than what we had in place previously.
It has enabled the department to save time in all areas including processing of the claim, submission and approval - and then payment, which has kept the staff happy.
Ease of use for the staff when submitting their claims and to ensure that it sped up the process of completing their claim.

Really like how easy the app is to use and simplicity of it. As a management tool, it works really well with staff submitting their claims and they can be administered really quickly.
