Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for expenses, the whole organization uses Webexpenses. We used to have to file our expenses manually before with photos of receipts and have to send them into HR for approval.
now its as simple as screen shot on phone or camera on phone and upload though the website.

Pros

  • Able to store receipts on the site.
  • Using maps for car mileage fuel claim back.
  • Easy to navigate.

Cons

  • Less links and buttons to press.
  • Condense the main claim page.
  • Easy to use app needed.
Easy to use, I don't see any other major problems with the site really, could be condensed into more bite sized manageable pieces for every day staff to use.
Never really have had the need for support on the site, it's mostly in front of you.
It is a lot quicker using web expenses than having to send all the documents needed for claim back to HR.
Just meets my requirements never really thought about what is needed more of only what is needed for me to be able to complete an expenses claim back.
Never used any others.

I travel on the London underground a lot, and use google pay on my phone for contactless payments. When claiming back money all I have to do is screen shot the receipt or the TFL travel receipt on my phone, I then email it to my work address, save the picture to the desktop and then use that to upload to web expenses.
