Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Across the whole organization, I believe, it saves time allowing scans directly to the site of expense receipts, and also you can use the app which is very convenient. The app allows you to photograph receipts on the go and saves time and paper filing; the same applies to using the online website.
- Storing receipts
- Allowing uploads of scans of receipts.
- Submitting claims digitally.
- The navigation needs more prompts and is clunky.
- Website should guide users to the app.
- I imagine it saves a great deal of admin time.
I use it to submit occasional expenses like car cleaning. It's good once I remember the order of how to submit.
