Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses for my day to day running of expenses. It makes it very easy for me now. It keeps track of my receipts as well.

Still using Webexpenses and it gets better over time for keeping long term records etc.
  • Speeds up my claims.
  • Keeps a record of the past expenses.
  • Always ready mobile or PC.
  • Don't like the auto route map feature...when you go a different way than it wants it's very painful.
  • A receipt for fuel could cover more than one mileage claim...doesn't currently allow this.
  • Make life easier...no specific savings other than time.
Some features annoy me.
Never used support so do not know.
Just expenses.

  • Completing new entries is mostly very easy.
  • It is generally pretty easy to use.
  • adding receipts is simple from the app.
  • The mileage is always incorrect from the auto system and it is impossible to change. I have given up and dont try and amend it but I know the miles are incorrect.
Yes - Pretty well but there are a few issues where it is too clever for its own good. For example you pretty much have to use the mileages it calculates for a journey and does not allow alternative routes which you may have chosen for traffic reasons. Too fixed to ammend which is very annoying. I dont know how it caluculates but there is no manual over ride and if you do change the distance it says ...computer says no! Makes me mad
