Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used across the whole organization allowing individuals to independently keep track and submit personal expenses. This allows users at different levels to be responsible for keeping their expenses up to date and it is also incredibly user friendly system to work. I travel a lot for work so find this very useful!
  • Travel - you can easily input miles or train tickets etc.
  • Appoint expenses to specific jobs, so helps with finances of projects.
  • You can do your expenses on the go with the mobile app.
Webexpenses has been expertly made so it is extremely user friendly. I personally find the app and also website both easy to use, easy to add expense and add receipts etc. so you can keep everything updated hassle free!
Webexpenses save me a lot of time. I always take a photo of my receipt as soon as I get it and then as soon as I get a moment to go on the app or website I can instantly input my expense. It does highlight if you missed a stage and won't go any further until you submit all the parts but this help to just ensure you do it properly so you can submit your claim to your employer.
For me as a user in a semi large company it meets all my needs. Easy to use, everything in one place, plus you can use it on the go. I'm sure I only scratch the surface of the potential capabilities of the app, but as an app it works really well!

I work in design and you can easily appoint expenses to specific jobs, this allows the finances on the specific jobs to be accurate. I tend to split my expenses into categories i.e. travel, stationary, project related costs and it keep everything nicely organised and also useful for the approver.
