Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across the whole of our business to manage the submission and review/approval of expenses submitted by employees and reviewed by line managers. It is a very efficient system, which facilitates remote submission and approval of expenses via the handy app. It is very simple and easy to use—take a photo of a receipt and submit it for approval.
  • Allows remote submission of expenses as simple as taking a picture.
  • Allows remote approval of expenses with no paperwork!
  • Keeps a record of receipts.
  • Not great for an older generation that is used to paperwork.
  • Cut down on paperwork & printing.
  • Increased speed of approval & payment.
The Webexpenses app is very easy to use and user-friendly once set-up, and even the lesser tech-savvy members of the business are able to use the app once set up. Simply take a photo and send for approval.
for those that don't utilize a smartphone in their day-to-day business, there is still the website.
As Webexpenses is so intuitive and easy to use, we rarely require support, but when it is required, they are quick to respond and are often very helpful.
We use Webexpenses to automate claims and approval of expenses, which has really reduced the time, effort and paper this usually entails. It has proved highly beneficial for the users as they get paid quicker and don't need to keep hold of all of their receipts; they can simply take a picture and throw it away.
Webexpenses is the perfect tool for managing expense claims remotely, without additional IT requirements, i.e. scanner.

Webexpenses is well suited to the current environment of remote working along with continued site/client visits and has been an exceptional tool for our business. It helps cut down on a large amount of paperwork whilst still providing a "paper trail" of sorts that is auditable and recorded. We hope to continue with the use of Webexpenses even after returning to the office post-covid.
