Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is currently being used by our organization to manage expense reports. Its clean, intuitive UI makes submitting and approval of expense reports simple and clear, and does 90% of the work to submit recurring expenses. Our teams are global, so an automated approval process for expenses takes a lot of the headache away from getting reimbursed.
  • Recurring expenses.
  • Expense approval process.
  • Attaching receipts.
  • Header string length is arbitrarily cut short.
  • Less time spent on submitting expenses.
UI is clean, but the location of some controls take some getting used to.

Great for companies where employees are located in different regions. Great for streamlining the expense workflow. Great for centralizing and organizing expense histories.

Not great if the accounting team is unable to complete the expense process without additional paperwork or a specific submission or approval process outside of the platform.
