Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Currently used across the organisation to manage expense submissions. Streamlines the process flow by allowing employees to upload expenses, admin managers to approve and finance teams to eventually pay out. Having a historic overview is helpful to understand previous spend. As a cross-boarder company, multiple currencies, types of invoices, etc. tend to be very well supported.

- UI is a bit congested.
- Some steps in claim submission flow could be reduced - fewer clicks.

The feature allows for individuals of a company to upload claims themselves and admin can set up various categories for claims. This keeps the flow well organised and gives you a good understanding of what the claim is for. The approval process is pretty simple and allows for the approver to approve with ease.
I have used multiple in-house systems of which most were lacking as an all round solutions for expensing claims. Webexpenses has allowed for a lot more automation in the process. It is also more comprehensive in capturing all necessary information and I really like that categorization is possible with relative ease.
