Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used across the business for personal expenses and company credit card reconciliation. It is primarily used by managers but the pool of users is expanding each month as more and more staff become proficient in its use.
- The Webexpenses App means it's easily accessible.
- The platform is very simple to use and understand.
- Reporting/authorisation lines are clear and simple.
- Some features between claim and claim line could be easier to navigate.
- Mobile and desktop look and feel differ quite a bit.
- Monthly processes have been sped up.
- Far fewer clerical errors from the previous Excel system used.
As with many expenses platforms, the ability to photo and upload receipts has meant there's not the time heavy process of pulling together a months worth of receipts on the 1st. Being able to securely upload claim lines on the go has made working extremely simple and can naturally be submitted conveniently from anywhere.
