I use it to submit my travel expenses.
  • Ease of use.
  • Upload receipts easily from phone.
  • Records info accurately.
  • An easier way to save info so that you do not have to input it every time.
  • make the receipts more visible after uploading.
  • That is it
  • This is not my department but I am sure it has saved on cost.

It is well suited to upload receipts as you go and is really quick. It would not be suitable for those that are not IT savvy or do not have a smartphone.
